「Good location to visit Shasta area. Air conditioner is too noisy and the position is terrible. This is the only thing what I did not like. Not too bad, but a little bit too expansive in comparison with the quality. I may not want to choose this hotel again.」

「This hotel is very old and outdated. Safety was a primary concern as a woman staying there alone. The door did not have a deadbolt. The “chain” for the door was screwed into the trim, rather than the sheetrock. There was a gap all around the door that you could see daylight through. The windows are extremely old aluminum framed and don’t close and lock, so there is a stick in the window. Additionally, I had the DND sign on the door and the staff entered my room anyway, adjusted the a/c, took the...
