「Our beds & bathroom were clean and very nice staff! Some of the things in the room, not so much. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well and when we went to clean the filter, the whole front part of the AC was so full of dust and lint I had to take everything to the bathtub and clean it. I would have vacuumed the vents if I had a vacuum or ever saw staff in the hallway. The vent in the bathroom definitely needed vacuuming and the lampshades were just covered in dust. The rest of...

「The front desk staff were amazing. So helpful and conscientious. Super welcoming. The restaurant staff were super helpful and the food was delicious. Being displaced due to a power outage is very stressful but all the amazing staff here made it a much better day. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this as a must place to stay.」
