「The check in staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cleaning staff excellent. However, management & maintenance need improvement. My husband and I were very disappointed with the area designated for pets & service animals…poop bag dispenser bags completely out of bags. The grounds were in disarray… garbage & soggy wet cigarette butts overflowing the outside ashtrays. The pool area had no towels. Water in the pool way too cold but the heat in hot tub was great. We had been looking...

「The home was beautiful, wonderfully laid out and decorated, and prepared specifically for our arrival. Both kitchens were stocked and ready for guests to prepare meals. The hot tub was heated on our arrival, and the water was crystal clear.We will absolutely return to this lovely home.」

「So much was great, the people, the room, the exercise room, and perfect breakfast. The bed was ok, seemed not to be flat and caused a feeling of leaning downhill. The cable was non functional in our room but sounded like they were actively working on it. Overall a good experience and they try hard.」

「Parking was very good- There were lots of guests, but they came by bus for a river cruise trip. It was very quiet, and I think I will just call the hotel next time when I book with Holiday Inn Express, etc.」
