The room was nice, one bed was made with clean linens the other was made and tucked over a used but not slept in bed... probably last guest trying to help. Worked as a room cleaner before. The bathroom was so clean and the rest of the room was spot on... great work. Staff were always available and super friendly, even through the chaos of loud hockey players... lol

Convenient location close to University of Idaho

The location was a within walking distance of a Walmart and Applebees so it’s pretty convenient. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and when I decided to extend my stay an additional day, it was easy and uneventful as it should be.

Room was spacious BUT the refrigerator made a loud noise all night no matter what setting it was on, even off. The room coffee maker was missing the piece the coffee goes in. Asked for a quiet room and was put next to the pool with a lot of loud kids. Coffee at the coffee station was from last night - old and cold. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The trash cans, ALL OF THEM, were overflowing at 6 a.m. No room for breakfast trash. Nice hotel, clean room but a lot to be desired from a management standpoint. When we come to Moscow we usually stay at the Best Western. Thought we'd give LaQuinta a try. Sorry we did.

The room was very clean! However our room did not have a tv remote and the front desk was unable to give us one that would work for the tv in our room. Luckily I was able to download an app to use my phone. But without that we wouldn’t have been able to watch tv. Also, their hot tub was down so the pool was very cold!
