"The home was clean and had some nice touches like charge cords by the beds. Washer and dryer worked great. Hot tub was lovely. The view was beautiful!However, if you’re looking for a private home to rent this is not the one for you. Although, the listing made mention of another unit on the property it did not state that you practically share a wall and backyard with the tenants. When we were sitting on the deck we could hear their conversation, music, and tv going. This is not the way I personally want to travel especially with paying what we did. I have rented all over the world in apartments, homes, etc. pictures should have been included of where the other people are living so that renters can make informed decisions. I wouldn’t have rented this place had I known it was right next door. It was so close my daughters thought someone was in the attic. I will also mention hot water was very limited 3 showers max in a row. There is heavy use of air fresheners that I had to immediately locate and unplug because of the smell. It was so strong that the mason jar cups when using them flavored our water and juice to taste like air freshener. I want to mention the host was very nice and accommodating. She allowed us to check in an hour early which was appreciated. I just feel the listing should be way more clear on where the other tenants/people are living which is on the other side of our wall with a shared backyard."

"This was a great place to stay. It was located within walking distance of downtown but was also very quiet and peaceful. The yard was perfect if you have a dog. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and listening to the birds."
