「Amazing stay, the pool area has a bad smell other than that the hotel is amazing.」

「Very inexperience and careless staff. It was a bad experience especially if solo traveling.」

「I really liked this hotel. I stayed in a room with a plunge pool, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, too. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!」

「If you are planning to travel to Dominica for the best views of the country’s nature. Then this is the resort for you. There are many various type flowers and trees all surrounding the property. Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. 「高台にあるので見晴らしは良いが町中に行くには少し辛い 行きは下り坂で楽だが帰り道は大変 夜に酒を飲んで戻るのはやめた方がいい」

「Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!」

「Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 」

「New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer.」

「Beautiful nature, peaceful and quiet. Thank you!」

「Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.」

「Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)」

「An excellent guesthouse to stay with a group. Clean」

「View can’t be beat from the deck. Convenient store less than 1 minute」

「Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager.」

「Excellent place to stay for airport. Fantastic dinner.」
