"The room was clean. The pool was warm. The hot tub was warm but the jets weren’t not working properly. There were waffles for breakfast, which is important to my kids. The rest of breakfast was okay - bananas, apples, muffins, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, and cereal. The beds were comfortable. "

"When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it to even work. The area in general is just a little sketchy. If you’re traveling through and you just need a quick stop and everything else isn’t necessarily important to you, then this might be the place for you. If you’re looking for a little bit higher level of accommodations, then you might want to try something else."

"This place is NOT the best. I’m not sure if it was the person at the front desk or the system they use. But after giving them my card information for incidentals. My card got clone and it was use fraudulently. Also the beds make all kinds of noise when you move and the mattress was not comfortable. "

"There is a reason that this hotel was $90 and the three across the street were $170 plus. Room was clean but the whole facility is old. We do not partak of the breakfast so can’t comment on that."

"Room was nice, fun & up to date Just a few things: gotta hold the handle down to flush toilet. shower corners weren’t cleaned well & I had to wipe down the window AC unit. Still some marks on it (probably maintenance, not a big deal). Employees need to aware of ADA rules "
