「Staff waa great especially Moe just didnt like how i hada pay for pillows that were stolen from my room and they asked if it were me i told them the truth but still hada pay for someone elses doing like i dont needa steal pillows first of all my parents litterally live right down the road if i needed pillows but other then that nothing wrong at all will be booking again real soon. 」

「The hotel is located in the center of the city and is convenient for shopping and for dining. The facility is quite old but works fine without problem. The problem is the atmosphere and the hotel staffs. They should be well dressed and be much more friendly.」

「This was a great value. Large, comfortable room for a good price. Often it's hard to find a place to sit but this room had a couch and a comfy desk chair. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were all in containers attached to the wall and they looked well used. I didn't want to touch them so I used stuff I brought with me.」

「スーパーや飲食店などが近いので、立地条件が良いです。従業員の方達もフレンドリーでした。フロントに行けばコーヒーがいつでもあるのが良かったです。 (夜中はサービス時間外のモーテル6も多いので) 部屋はとてもキレイです。シャワーブース式で、バスタブはないルームでしたが、お湯の出方も良いので問題ありませんでした。また、利用したいモーテルです。」

「部屋の情報では、禁煙室と明記されていた。さらに念のため、禁煙室のリクエストを出していた。それにもかかわらず、喫煙室を案内された。フロントに申し出ると、他に禁煙室は空いてないと言われ、我慢するしかなかった。」

"アーリーチェックインが可能でした。立地はサンタフェ中心部を見て回るにはベストな場所で、チェックアウト日は15時まで車を置いておけるのも大変助かりました。ベットはふかふかで、最高のサンタフェ滞在になりました。"

"I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe for a week and found it to be a refined and elegant hotel. Compared to other nearby options, it met all my expectations and offered a comfortable stay. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that the room lacked a kettle and microwave, which would have been convenient for a longer stay. Additionally, the absence of restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance made dining a bit inconvenient. That said, if you're simply looking for a place to stay and rest, this hotel is more than adequate."
