「I gave the staff a 1 only because I was waiting for the elevator. When it arrived, a staff member was in it with a large bin of dirty laundry. She was on her phone. She saw I was waiting and she continued texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds not getting out of the elevator and blocking it from anyone getting in. 「The hotel was very good. It leans more toward excellent than good with its Lake Huron views, amenities, and helpful staff. The water park was cool but some elements were closed or removed, big slides and lily pads. So not as fun for the older kids, but We made the best of it. The arcade did not have a working quarter dispenser so we could not play the games. That being said, the staff was AMAZING, especially Elisa. Very kind and helpful. They made all the difference in our stay!」

「Location was perfect unfortunately a group of under age kids started to play ding- dong- ditch at 11pm at night. It was nasty! A lot of us had to complain that the children where left alone at the hotel while parents went out to party ..」
