Top Northeast Calgary Hotel Reviews

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Overall, great stay. Rooms were nice, well sized and beds were extremely comfortable. Cleaning was done everyday and at a good time, we were able to sleep in and still get service. Location is great too, quiet at night and close to airport. Restaurant food was delightful, ate there a few times throughout stay. Staff was friendly, would stay again for sure."

Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre

10/10 Excellent

"WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN PREMIER IN CALGARY.THE HOTEL STAFF WERE AMAZING,FRIENDLY,AND WELCOMING,AND OVERALL,OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. A SPECIAL MENTION GOES TO JANE,WHO WORK AT THE RESTAURANT.SHE WENT ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE US FELL WELCOME AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF.HER EXCELLENT SERVICE,KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM TRULY STOOD OUT.JANE DEFINITELY A 10/10 AND GREAT ASSET TO THE HOTEL. UNFORTUNATELY,OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HER SUPERVISOR LYNE,WAS VERY DIFFERENT.HER ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS WERE DISAPPOINTING AND,IN MY OPINION CAN GIVE NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE ATMOSPHERE OF BOTH THE RESTAURANT AND THE HOTEL.IT IS UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THE REST OF THE STAFF WORKED SO HARD TO PROVIDE SUCH GREAT SERVICE. DESPITE THAT EXPERIENCE,WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND APPRECIATE THE WONDERFUL STAFF ESPECIALLY JANE.OVERALL,10/10 FOR THE HOTEL AND ITS EXCELLENT STAFF,WITH THE SPECIAL RECOGNITION TO JANE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.WE DEFINITELY CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN."

Holiday Inn Calgary-Airport by IHG

8/10 Good

"The beds and pillows were comfy. The location was convenient. Downside was the hot tub - we got in and there was a layer of scum around the edges of the tile all the way around above the water line."
