"We had a fantastic stay at this Bethel home. The house was exactly as described very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for this extended family trip. The host was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The hot tub was absolutely essential, especially after long days on the mountain—it was clean, hot, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was also ideal, just about 15 minutes from Sunday River, making it very convenient for skiing while still feeling quiet and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bethel Sunday River area. "A bit old but everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made, the pool and sauna were nice to use on the day freezing rain kept us indoors. I also like that they had board/card games available for us to bring back to our room. The staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here. "
