"My husband and I loved the king bed room. The room was very clean and accomodating. The hotel overall was in very good condition. The lobby is spectacular. I love that there is a restaurant and bar on site and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were all very nice and hospitable. Sam in particular was very helpful. I would glady stay again."

"I booked this property after a day at O'Hare airport and multiple flight cancellations. I was greeted and checked in efficiently, had a drink and dinner and retired to a very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast the next day consusted of an excellent omelet. Overall a very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Thank you!"

"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast area was well kept, the food was great, and the breakfast staff was an absolute joy each morning. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. "Ridiculous that I had to pay an additional $10 to park, in the hotel lot. Please keep in mind this is not a city property. This is a property “out in the burbs” with PLENTY of parking. Next time I’ll stay at a Hyatt."
