「Nice clean room friendly staff very quiet」

「Well appointed and clean rooms. Dinner in the hotel was great. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with low stock and slow service. Gym and pool were well maintained.」

「The breakfast and the staff are fantastic but the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment and a lick of paint. Although the beds are very comfortable the furniture and decor are very dark and outdated. This is reflected in the price which is very reasonable. I find this hotel perfect for my needs which are bed and breakfast, which I can’t fault.」

「Great communication from the hotel before and during our stay, our room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was excellent, were unfortunately unable to park on the street outside, but there is a pay and display car park on the next street.」

「Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway. The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again」

「The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.」

「We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it's handy for visiting family. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms comfortable. The only thing we find is a regular issue is that there is always at least one item not available on the evening meal menu and this time is was more than one, which was a little frustrating. However, the food was of a good standard and the breakfasts are always excellent. Despite the warm weather, the room was fairly cool, so we were able to get a comfortable...

「The room was a ground floor suite for a hotel the room had a seperate bedroom lovely spa bath/shower but sadly due to disability found it a bit of a struggle to get In this time this is are 3rd trip to same room we have a dog too the staff was very friendly couldn't do enough for you shout out to sam on reception and bar breakfast was in the bar area as we had a dog even she got scrambled egg or a sausage can't fault it defo be back」
