「Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy.」

「Beautiful and comfortable place with space to park was perfect, would stay here again !!」

The host has refused to refund cleaning and pet fees even though we never stayed at the property, so they just pocket these fees even though the cleaning services are not required. Would not recommend Pear Properties to anyone.」
