"Excellent property in a great location. I got moved to a two bedroom instead of the one bedroom I booked so am reviewing the two, which looks very similar to the one bedroom in the pictures. The three star for property cleanliness is not due to the actual apartment but the building itself. It is a secure building but the carpets and the elevators are not very clean at all. The apartment was impeccably cleaned and really was a comfortable place to stay.I would stay there again."

"This was such a great place! The place was centrally located with nearby coffee, gluten free baked goods and ice cream. Terra & Jason were so helpful. Check in process was very simple and the instructions also included nearby places to visit.This was our first time visiting Edmonton but we would love to return in the near future."

"The downtown location is excellent. The building is clean enough and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred a loveseat vs two chairs but that's not too big a deal. A little maintenance needs to be done on the walls and lights but that didn't adversely affect my stay."

"The area itself is very unsafe. Lots of homeless, but the property was extremely clean, had an on-site front desk and security, vending machines, two-room gym, a lounge, and our room we got was super neat; it was exactly like the photos. The microwave is also an oven and I wish I had had found out sooner! 10/10 would book with this host again ❤️"
