"Good location if going to an event. Very close to Roger’s Place and many restaurants and bars. Place was clean and comfortable."

"The downtown location is excellent. The building is clean enough and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred a loveseat vs two chairs but that's not too big a deal. A little maintenance needs to be done on the walls and lights but that didn't adversely affect my stay."

"Very clean and comfy. Air conditioner worked perfectly and the location was conveniently close to the ice district where we went for a concert."

"The area itself is very unsafe. Lots of homeless, but the property was extremely clean, had an on-site front desk and security, vending machines, two-room gym, a lounge, and our room we got was super neat; it was exactly like the photos. The microwave is also an oven and I wish I had had found out sooner! 10/10 would book with this host again ❤️"

"This property is an excellent stay with all new appliances, washer, dryer, very modern and clean. Also close to the freeway and close to West Edmonton Mall. The host was very kind and I would highly recommend this place. There is also lots of strip malls within walking distance, fast wifi, large TV and a very large and great bed."
