"Property is super sketchy looking and run down. The room door doesn’t close all the way. It’s scary as hell here. Pay $40 more and stay elsewhere! Wouldn’t recommend for women traveling alone or if you have kids. Room furniture is a mishmash of random chairs, bathroom is raggedy. It’s late so I’m staying but sleeping with one eye open. "
"Mattress to soft difficult to body rotation in sleep. Worst issue historically toilet seats typically unsecured from lack of maintenance and frequently occurs over my history at this property making use uncomfortable and potentially injurious to guest. "A nice place to stay, the suite was spacious and had a microwave and refrig. The staff was great and friendly and the breakfast was tasty. A great place to stay if you wanted to be near the airport."
"I did not like the fact that AC vent was not facing towards the bed.It felt a little warm,the bathroom was a little small and also the lobby and especially the elevators were little on the warmer side.But over all it was very nice and clean.Breakfast was very good, included,also daily snacks & dinner included as well.Staff was

"I stayed here when I visited San Antonio the past 2 years and I must say my experience has been awesome!!! From a quick check in and great staff, to a buffet breakfast with several choices! They serve free dinner also with many choices and complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Our room was large and clean with a separate living area that had a fold out couch and separate tv. The hotel was only about 10-11 minutes from the downtown River Walk area. I will definitely stay here again if I have to come back to San Antonio! "
