"Upon check-in, unable to obtain our room key due to a hotel technology problem. An employee walked us to our room and later keys were finally delivered to us. We used the valet parking option which worked very well. The breakfast buffet had many good items, but some of the hot foods were cold. Overall staff was good."

"Just stayed one night with my husband but we want to come back. Good location, loved the British theme going, breakfast was excellent, fun exploring all the floors in the hotel as it has 4 floors. Did not visit the restaurants but I bet they were good and they gave us a coupon to user but we did not as we checked in late. Our room was quiet on the first floor. Good parking available. Staff were friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Loved the room author thing going on and labels on doors as it was fun to read, lots of good artwork, loved the author of your room having a book in the room like ours was Ann Sewell who wrote Black Beauty and we had a paper back copy of it in our room. If I was to ask for anything , it would be a small refrigerator as my husband travels with meds and a grab bar to step out of the tub. Would highly recommend."

"Overall I had a positive experience because of the event occuring duriong the time of my visit. The staff was friendly, helpful and professtional. I was grateful after a long travel trip to be greeted by kind staff - reception, valet, security. Each very different and very helpful. Breakfast was fine both dayss. The surrounding area is was not desirable. We felt safe because our stay was during the Beatification of Archbishop Fulton Sheen so there was alot of traffic, cars and people everywhere. The condition of the front desk, lobby and rooms are very good. Disappointing was the hallway, up near the rooms. Unfortunately, the location is the only thing that would kept me from rebooking."
