「This unit is nicely renovated, with spacious rooms. Being so close to Soulard Market was a bonus! Street parking was not an issue. We loved having the private patio. Please be aware the two bedrooms downstairs do not have ac vents/ductwork/ceiling fans. There were two tower fans in the house, however one was upstairs and we didn't find it till checkout time. 「Listing was not entirely correct. Kitchen was not well stocked, not enough pans, no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, the center burner on the stove did not work. We had to ask the host for toilet paper and paper towels and the host responded quickly. The listing stated that you could walk to the stadium and that is true, but part of the walk was a little shady, I would not recommend for a family.
