「Room was good sized and clean! New shower was great! Parking was easy and staff were very nice. Great location to everything.」

「Dated hotel and rooms. Grab and Go breakfast was meager. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate...and there were not many guests in the facility. Due to limited options for hotels in the area, would likely use again. Another hotel in town was double the cost.」

「I was in need of a hotel room at relatively short notice for a basketball tournament that I was refereeing. I came across the Finger Lakes Inn as it was just a short drive away from where the tournament was being held. Nestled in the Adirondack, it is a pleasant and quaint place to stay. If you like the modern "cookie cutter" hotels this is not it. The rooms have a "cabin in the woods" feel to them, and I mean that is a very good way. The restaurant is very pleasant and my food was excellent....

「This hotel was probably great in its heyday. Unfortunately, it is a shell of what it once was. Time to close it down and fix it up. It smells old with wafting mildew, the water pressure is pathetic the showers and curtain are archaic, the bathtub was chipped, and the no slip strips were old and dirty. the bathroom robes and sheets are made of polyester, the pillows were made of thin foam. And get this: you need to call the front desk to get an elevator to go up and down since it’s a manually...

My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code.」

「The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again.」
