「This is a really cute property. They have a very organized home that is welcoming and comfortable. Our second stay here, and we would be happy to stay there again.」

「Perfect spot for visiting Dayton! This was our second time returning this property. Host was extremely responsive and home had everything we needed for a weekend visit. With so many good restaurants around we never cooked in the home, yet certainly enjoyed a leisurely coffee each morning. We have already made our next reservation!」

The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. 「The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
