Happy with my day at this motel

It was very good from the start the counter people were very nice efficient and the hotel room wasn’t very good condition clean and smell clean and everything was there in the room. I would definitely stay again.

Easy on and off the highway traveling. Nothing really bad, just tired old and needs some love. But it was clean and safe and cheap.

The easy check in was great & My first room wasn't great called the front desk & He switched me right out great customer service & house keeping came around 11:30 am & asked did i need my room serviced & we declined but she was so sweet & bought me some toilet paper that i request.I will definitely stay here when i return to ohio

The non smoking room stank horribly of cigarette smoke, and while they gave us a different room that was better, it was still not good and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower was also quite dirty. However the bed was clean and, while noisy, not uncomfortable.

Stay Away

Easy access, park the car in front of the room, able to move belongings into the room easily. However, I booked the king bed but I got double bed instead. I went to check with the front office. He said the room was sold out so they decided to change the room. It would be handling better if he mentioned about it since checking in. The room has smell. Fortunately, I got a room spray in my car. The lock did not work, the chain didn’t have any chain rail for it. We did try to open from the outside. Thanks God ~ the door cannot open from the outside without a card. There is no toiletries just soap. Towels are not enough for 2 people, even when booking I mentioned 2 guests stay at the property.

Full of stink bugs my boyfriend had to grab them one by one and flush them down the toilet. Blood on the floor. Microwave didn't work and there was no TV remote so no TV either.

Staff was very low. I was not advised that my purchased room was unavailable until check-in. I was given a non-smoking Jacuzzi room. When I arrived to the room, there was a fresh smell of cigarette smoke. There was no remote for the television. The toilet was constantly running. There were also burn marks on the toilet seat. As mentioned I was given a Jacuzzi room…. There was no running hot water in the Jacuzzi. This was absolutely a terrible stay.

Smokers room needs to be aired out for non smokers. The room wasn’t bad. I didn’t care for door covering refrigerator area. TV got one station & wasn’t able to change or turn off. Bathtub did look filthy on the outside. Bed was fine. Just needs better atmosphere around the hotel.
