4/10 Poor

"Evening was great upon check in. The hotel provided everything that was listed except soundproofed rooms. We specially booked this hotel for that reason and were disappointed that was not what we received. We had an upstairs neighbor that made noise all through the night. When this was mentioned to the front desk, we were told that that it’s a tricky situation and the hotel was full. We will NOT rebook."

"Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was "cleaned" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced, when we went to reception to get more the guy tried to negotiate with me on how many towels we could have like we could just share towels and washcloths. There was gum stuck under the nightstand. We complained to reception and she had attitude said she could move us to another room but we were afraid of what the new room would be like. Its clearly a poorly maintained hotel. If all the other hotels around us werent booked up (or had worse reveiws) for the festival happening, we would have left."

"No communication between staff, everyone had different answers. Very stressful There was no breakfast most of my stay, just microwaveable burritos The day breakfast was offered- I ordered a meal that came with three eggs. I only got one. Had to ask for toilet paper repeatedly The elevator was shaky and didn’t work one of my nights stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety. They also had a chef for made to order omelettes and a complimentary happy hour. We will definitely plan to return when we visit Columbus in the future! "

"The room was in need of repairs. While it had been updated and everything was functional there had been previous damage to doors and drywall that looked like it was poorly repaired. The Hotel at night was very well lit, which is nice when you are outside but it also meant very bright lights shining through the curtains when you are trying to sleep. Overall the room served its purpose and were happy with our stay."
