「Amazing staff and meal Amenities made this a great stay.」

「The location is perfect. Anything you could need or want is within walking distance. This is our go to when we are in the Springs.」

「Great buffet breakfast with made to order eggs/omelettes), pool area and fireplace was very relaxing in the evening! Rooms could use updating (stained carpets, tarnished fixtures, paint chipping, fraid blinds, etc). Beds & pillows were very comfortable.」

「All staff was great as always. They are updating the property so there was work being done. But it was quiet and clean.」

「The rooms are definitely spacious with the full kitchen and the beds are beyond comfortable. But we had a 4 day stay an NO INTERNET the entire stay. I had to pay for my mobile data just to check my email & SM accounts every day. We called the desk and every single day was told "tomorrow", but never got internet. This was especially frustrating considering the internet was working in the office & breakfast areas. The breakfast is always good there. Other than that it was a nice stay.」

「Friendly, helpful staff! Nice view of path and river! 3 day stay, could have used all fresh towels and additional TP! Trash from previous guest left in room. Relaxing hot tub was great! Standard hotel breakfast, nothing special. Overall, nice stay.」

「Conditions: Bad -Kitchen fanitured, but cooking stoves didn't heat -Coffee machine placed, but didn't work -Bathroom light intermittently turned off, and stopped lighting eventurelly Staff: most staffes are heartful, but a rude female staff employed. She didn't take a sincere attitude to a non English-native customer, but shouted rudely when that customer didn't understand her usage of idiom. Breakfast are surved, but only instant oat meal, muffins, and granola bars every morning.」

「Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. 」
