「We always choose this hotel when we pass thorugh the Springs. We have stayed 4 times in the last two years and have never been disappointed. The evening "meal" is always good, breakfast choices abound. And the rooms are quiet. Unfortunately another hotel has been built between Drury and the mountains so the view is a bit restricted from the hotel rooms themselves. But a little bit of a hike takes you to very nice viewing spots. We will stay here again. 」

「This is our standard reservation when we travel from Texas to Steamboat Springs to visit our daughter. My kids love the indoor pool and free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and the lobby is so nice and relaxing. 」

「The breakfast attendant really needs to step up their attention. Green eggs are not appealing, half empty chaffing dishes. The shower head needed replaced in my room (308) no water at all came out. The hotel is beautiful otherwise. Was convenient to everything, the wedding venue. Thanks for a good stay 」

「Great staff. Comfortable room. The flooring seems very thin so anyone staying above you if they are walking it’s very loud and the floors are creaky. I was on the first floor. It seems like whoever was above me walked around a lot at night.」

「I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in...

「This room could have gotten a 5 star rating. The room was very nice... until we went into the bathroom. This area needed improvement. Shower area tiles were chipped and peeling.... looking more like a 2 star property. The toilet tank lid didn't fit properly. A small item ..but these things take away from the other beautiful areas of the room. Continental Breakfast was kind of sparse, and small for a motel of this size.」

「Conditions: Bad -Kitchen fanitured, but cooking stoves didn't heat -Coffee machine placed, but didn't work -Bathroom light intermittently turned off, and stopped lighting eventurelly Staff: most staffes are heartful, but a rude female staff employed. She didn't take a sincere attitude to a non English-native customer, but shouted rudely when that customer didn't understand her usage of idiom. Breakfast are surved, but only instant oat meal, muffins, and granola bars every morning.」
