「This is great little bungalow hotel just outside of the main area of Mendocino. The rooms were modern and clean, the grounds are nice, and there's actually a quite good view of the ocean out of the back window of many of the rooms. All around, we had a lovely time and would stay here again!」

「We all had an amazing time! The house is right there on the ocean and smells amazing just like the coast! It was clean, the beds were comfy and the views are beyond incredible. 「Perfect for us and our dog. Open spaces, king bed, excellent main suite bath. Yard was smallish but really nice and perfect for our dog! We forgot to pick up the morning poop and are very sorry. We left a day early and I forgot. Apologies. The kitchen was really well stocked, location right across street from open green space and a nice park. Neighborhood was walkable. Beach about 3 blocks away and rocky. Perfect base for exploring the Redwoods. Very much enjoyed the home.」

「Place was well organized, I have a group of friends and we do traveling remote work, convenient to hiking, close to the beach, and everything was as advertised. The trampoline was a hit with the group and 10 of us were comfortable in the house throughout the stay. Furnishing was nice and adequate and in like-new condition. The yard was very well cared for and we got to catch everything in bloom in the spring, spectacular!」

「This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price.」

「This is my second stay in this home. It’s cozy and peaceful and perfect for our needs. I saw bald eagles and otters again and made some more wonderful memories. Cathy the owner is very kind and easy to communicate with. The home has amenities I don’t usually find in other short term rentals and the fresh eggs were a lovely treat. We will be back for sure!」
