「The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. 「Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!」

「We had a lovely time at the Pheasant Hotel, the staff were very hard working, could not do any more to make our stay relaxing, happy smiling staff, the hotel was on a country lane so very quite, food was delicious ,room was good, quiet, view was just of the grass bank, but we were only in the room to sleep. In a good position to explore all of the coast line, which was just beautiful .We would happily go back to this hotel.」

「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. 「I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was poor and only really worked by reception which was frustrating as there’s also very little phone signal at the location. Plenty of parking」

「We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas...
