「I liked most things. The bed was one of the most comfortable on which I have slept. The bath was really nice, long and comfortable. The hot water was hot whenever I wanted it. I ate at the restaurant three evenings. The food was reasonably good but I feel that apart from the jam sponge and custard, the puddings were trying too hard and were too complex to sound attractive. 「Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area, found the Red Lion through an internet search, reviews were good and the price was reasonable, so we booked. Very happy we did, all the comments from the good reviews we found to be accurate. The only negative comment I could make is that, by necessity electric showers are fitted and they are a bit whimpish! You to run around to get wet 」

「There was lots of parking available. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out where our room could be found and where the spa could be accessed near our room. Having three single beds in one room is a really good idea for three adults to share - I went with my two daughters and none of us wanted to share a double bed so three singles in a room was exactly what we needed.
