Typical motel bathroom set up with the open vanity area and then a separate tub and toilet The ugly: Was there for two nights stay. Found a roach roaming the bathroom and babies the next day. Ok: informed the management about the " intruder" and seemed very concern and will be his exterminator. Offered to put me in another room. "

"This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are in terrible condition and have a bad odor. My stay was 4 days and I didn’t receive any house keeping. Even by request, housekeeping was not sent. Our keys stopped working every night. The staff member who was sent up to assist had a very nasty attitude and didn’t communicate with us. We stayed on the 17th floor. When checking out, the elevators were down and we had to carry our luggage down 17 flights of stairs. There was only one functional elevator for the rest of the stay. The area where snacks and waters are sold was practically empty. There is no safe in the room. We had no tv service for the first night. And the internet service was out most of the stay. I couldn’t watch streaming services. Most of the staff had terrible attitudes. I recommend not staying here."
