"Due to internet website mishap, my booking was made for incorrect date - 6 weeks in advance. Immediately I realised the mistake and within 15 minutes emailed the company, then again, and again over the next few days..In the end I drove to the location and spoke with the very helpful staff who were sympathetic. I wanted to book into the hotel immediately - they had rooms and the hotel was less than half full. I asked to have my booking 6 weeks in advance changed for same room. That request was...

"A lot of bang for your buck. Remember..this is not a 5-star accomodation. But you get a BIG room, a good bed (mattress is a bit hard, which I prefer), clean, and the people working at the front desk are very friendly.. Location is walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes), and you'll pass plenty of eateries on the way there."

Durch die Lage in erster Reihe ca ein Drittel teuerer als vergleichbare Hotels. Restaurants gibt es in jeder Menge zu vernünftigen Preisen. Der Strand ist sehr verschmutzt und zum baden nicht unbedingt geeignet."

"Wenn man mit einer kleine Familie reist und man 2 Stunden warten muss , weil das Check in um 2 Uhr nachmittags ist , verstehe ich es nicht. Personal ist nicht da. In solchen fällen sollte Personal da sein und aus Kulanz eine Familie die Möglichkeit geben , sich auszuruhen. Mein Kind ist 4 Monate alt. Wir haben angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einzuchecken. Für 1200 baht ja. Preis ist nicht ok. Für eine Zeit für 2 Stunden. Macht den Preis realistisch. Und verlangt nicht eine Nacht dafür....
