It's close to the downtown area. A few blocks from the pier and some shopping malls. And this is an apartment type hotel, with a washing machine. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't really know and can't speak about that. The staff was very professional and the check-in was pretty easy. They also have a courtesy shuttle that'll take you to either the pier or the mall in a couple other places. For free properly, would stay again if i'm in the area.

Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south.

Good hotel to stay with spacious room. The room is large and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. However the check-in took a while to proceed (not too long) and still need to wait for housekeeping to check room before going in even after 2pm. Looks like all room may not yet be ready. There is a trolley available but if you come during busy time, you‘ll probably need to carry all bags and luggage by yourself with no trolley unless you want to wait for probably longer than 10-15 mins. They have soap and shampoo available but I‘d expect shower cap, some sanitary kit but there‘s none of these provided for you. Overall good, comfy room but the amenities are very limited and average.

This is my third time staying here, used to like the place a lot, giving reason of good amenities including kitchenette. But this time, front staff informed if i need toilet amenities and kitchenware (dish, bowl), i need to call front office, its on request. So in the room there's only towels, soap, shampoo, and lotion. Others like cotton bud, shower cap, you need to call front desk which is very inconvenient.

The property is conveniently located and good as a base. I had pre-paid in full but arrived to find out that they had somehow given my room to another guest and they are fully booked. The thought of having to find another room in the middle of songkran was at all appealing. Staff was calm and reassuring and managed to get me a room in a much lower level. Not an ideal experience but I appreciate their professionalism. Will still give it another go.

Overall experience was good, room is large and clean even I booked for Studio but they do have 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchenette and washing machine. Check in and check out was rather disappointing. Upon check in, I have been waiting on the queue for 10 mins, 3 staff at front desk but only 1 handling check in guest. Upon check out, staff said one small towel was missing, I told them it was hanging above the hanger in the bathroom and maid could not find it. Staff aske me 3 times and finally let me go.
