Room is comparatively spacious as compared to traditional Japanese hotel. A walkable distance to the Hakata Train Station and they do offer free parking !"

"I booked this hotel twice in a single trip to Fukuoka and surrounding area. The hotel location is great as it is right outside of the Hakata station and just a few steps from the Airport bus to the Internatinal terminal so it is very convenient. The room size is ok, I have four large suitcases, I cannot open them all at the same time. The bathroom is small but include a bath tub which is good for a soaking bath. However, I do not like the check in process which is almost self serve but it is not as easy to navigate the screen and manage the multiple slots for room key, credit card and passport scan. There are staff there and they expect you to know how to check in. I just think the check in process can be a little easier. "

"The only thing I would add if it's even an issue is a self use laundry facility rather than the only available laundry service, but again that's a small niggle. The entire hotel and stay was incredible and would stay there again! Staff was awesome and the room was great!"

"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"The bathroom had an odor of a sewer; the room was very warm & lowering the temp on the control did not make a difference (had to open the window); requested a late check-out & apparently misunderstood the front desk because was called about 12:15 p.m. to check-out; coffee in the lobby was empty mid-day;"

"Great location near train station and bus stop (bus that goes to Fukuoka int'l airport). Family Mart is just across the street. There's also a 24-hr tax-free cosmetics and drug store across the street (which also sells some food souvenirs that are slightly cheaper than those at the train station and some drinks, yogurt, sweets and snacks that are cheaper than convenience stores). "
