I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. "Loved the location 5 minute walk from the Kokura Station on the quiet North side of the station, use the escalators to get down the street level with luggage. Supermarket in Basement of the station also in Saint City building and a convenience store opposite the hotel. Saizeriya Restaurant just a 5 minute walk in the same street as the hotel with cheap hot meals and wine. Tourist Information was so helpful at the station with maps and suggestions"

"Location was ideal for our four night stay. Located a short walk from Kokura Station, we were able to get checked in and into a restaurant for dinner within 45 mins of arriving by train from Osaka. Room was clean, and adequate in size for four adults. There was no servicing of the room during the stay, which meant damp towels some days. Kitchenette had the basics which was helpful for heating up combini meals."
