スタッフも親切でとてもくつろげました。ご飯も美味しく、種類もたくさんある朝食はつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。

何度か利用していますが、客室やロビー、エレベーターなど清潔だった。朝食をいただきましたが、前回より内容が良く美味しかった。残念だったのは、同階に宿泊していた部活動女子学生が深夜までと早朝から騒がしく、とても不快であった。あと、直方花火大会が火事で途中で中止になった。

浴室のシャワー使用で浴槽が池になり全く水が流れず非常に不満だった。排水溝の掃除・確認が全く出来てない。前回宿泊時もベッド下に使用済みスリッパが残っていたこともあった。清掃清潔は宿泊施設の基本のキと思うが、今後は十分注意確認して欲しい！
