"staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean the only issues is there was a coffee machine but not available till after 2pm and they didnt provide a coffee in the rooms. Other than that great place"

"Needed to pay 3000 yen per person to go to the pool that was listed as a property amenity. Only those who are on a higher floor have access included with their room. Since we weren't on a top floor room - just the 23rd floor, we were told we would need to pay extra to access it. Really, the pool should not be listed as a property amenity if it's not available for guests unless we pay extra. View was really nice. Staff were really nice. We specifically chose to make a reservation at this hotel because it had a pool."

"Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station. The rooms are spacious by Japen standard and clean. Also having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a plus."

"Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Forza. It’s my first time in Fukuoka and surprised the room size is relatively big for Japan standard (comparing with cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto) with a double bed and 2-3 seater sofa. Room is clean and I do like the proximity of the hotel to Hakata station (around 5 mins walk) "
