「Excellent facility!」

「Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent,」

「Just amazing… structure and nice staffs!!」

「The bedsheets had stains and the bathtub was blocked up and leaked so the floors was wet. Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet seats. The air conditioner also leaked into the room The rooms smelled musty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The staff on the intercom was rude. The lift/ elevator does not work. Generally a lot of improvement is needed.」

「They were very helpful with all my demands」

「The food served for dinner gave me food poisoning. I ordered pondo yam and egusi soup and by the next morning I had gone to the toilet 6 times. Parking was very limited. You might not want to bring your car . The power went out almost every minute making it impossible to watch any progrsms on tv.and the rooms were not sound proofed . It was impossible to have privacy if you were on a romantic date. I had planned to use the hotel again but for all the negative experiences above.」
