"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Dejligt ophold, Morgenmaden endte med at være på et andet hotel 1 km derfra, men det var virkelig lækkert, så egentlig nød vi bare den ekstra luksus de tilbød der. Gode senge og fint køkken. Vi manglede lidt mere spiseplads da vi var 5 afsted sammen. Men alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse. "
