Grundsätzlich macht das Hotel von außen einen guten Eindruck, die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das möchte ich hier unterstreichen. Allerdings wirkte das Zimmer doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Geschmäcker sind verschieden, daher möchte ich den Stil nicht in Frage stellen, allerdings war das Bett wirklich extrem durchgelegen, in Kombination mit den sehr dünnen Kissen führte das zu keinem guten Schlaf, und erheblichen Problemen am nächsten Tag. - Oberflächlich war das Zimmer sauber, aber beim zweiten Blick wirkte das anders. Es ist kein Problem eine Badewannen-Duschkombi zu haben, allerdings sollte dann zumindest irgendeine Form von Matte o.ä. vorhanden sein, da es sonst wirklich sehr rutschig ist in der Wanne (stehend). Restaurant und Spa-Angebot kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, es gibt zwei eigene Parkplätze, die dortige Anzahl ist aber extrem beschränkt und für ein Hotel dieser Größe nicht annähernd ausreichend.

Leider sehen die Bilder im Internet sehr viel moderner und schöner aus. In der Wirklichkeit ist das Hotel nicht so mordern eingerichtet, es ist okay, aber nichts besonderes. Das Sauber machen wurde leider auch nicht so gut umgesetzt. Keine Lüftung oder Fenster im Bad. Balkon marode.

Es war wirklich alt......und vorallem Kalt im Wellnessbereich und der Pool.Frühstück überteuert. Massage war nicht proffessionell eher ein eincremen,für 110€ wirklich ärgerlich... Anpreisen auf der Internetseite,realitätsfern.... Einsam als Alleinreisender...keinerlei Angebote...eher ü 85 Jahre....schade,hätte mein Geld gern anders investiert.... Würde doch gern auf Kullanz eine Rückerstattung / Entschädigung beantragen....

Traumhafter kurzurlaub

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel.Der Chef als auch das Personal sind um das wohl der Gäste intressiert. Es wird nachgefragt ob etwas fehlt oder ob es ein anliegen geht sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücken war reichhaltig und viel auswahl.Wir haben abends da auch gegessen vorzüglich. Die zimmer sauber groß genug.Herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge.Eine super Dachterrasse lud zum verweilen ein.

Hotel With View Over Bad Lauterberg

I enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. Single rooms in many hotels are often cramped afterthoughts, but I was pleased with mine at this one. It had a window wall with balcony looking at a nice view, a comfortable sitting area with a full size couch and a comfortable bed. The room was excellent value. Breakfast was inexpensive but very limited in choice. The restaurant's evening buffet and alacarte menu are also very limited, so I think it better to try a restaurant in town for supper. The staff was friendly, parking is easy and the extra charge for my dog was very reasonable. There is a five Euro charge for a bathrobe if you want one to lounge by the pool.There are several interesting hiking trails nearby, especially the one beginning from the unicorn cave (Einhornhöhle) to the castle ruin, Sharzfels, where there is a pleasant cafe with a great view.

Wir haben kurzfristig zu einem günstigen Preis gebucht. Frühstück und Abendessen kann man als Büffet zubuchen. Vegetarisches Angebot ist neben Fleischkost vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und mit entsprechendem Charme. Der Chef sagte uns, dass aktuell nach und nach alle Zimmer renoviert und auf neuesten Standart gebracht werden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon. Badezimmer zweckmäßig, zum Teil mit Wanne. Das hauseigene kleine Schwimmbad konnte durchgängig genutzt werden, also auch Baden im Mondlicht möglich ;-) . Im Haus kann man verschiedene Wellnessangebote zubuchen, wir haben davon keinen Gebrauch gemacht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Alles in Allem ein freundliches Haus am Rande des schönen Harz. Ob zu Fuß oder per Motorrad, der Harz ist immer einen Abstecher wert, und im Kneipp Bund Hotel lässt es sich gut schlafen. Der, Chef des Hauses begrüßt hier seine Gäste noch persönlich und ist an deren Meinung wirklich interessiert.

Großartiges Team von A bis Z (Anmeldung bis Zimmerdame). Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick in die Berge. Gepflegte Dachterasse mit sehr guter Bewirtung. Sehr saubere Einrichtung mit einem gewissen Charme von Vergängenlichkeit. Aber auch für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern ein toller Aufenthalt mit viel Spaß im Pool und in der Gartenanlage. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Perfekt lille hotel for en familieferie

Perfekt lille hotel til en familieferie - hotellet er ikke nyt, men fint vedligeholdt. Vi havde et par dage på ski i det nærliggende Braunlagen - så det var fint at komme tilbage til Kneipp-Bund-Hotel hvor vi kunne svømme i poolen og spise et udemærket tysk aftensmåltid. Meget traditionel - men det er jo præcis det man tager til Harzen for.

matig tot redelijk hotel

Leuk plaatsje, mooie wandelingen te maken. Buitenzijde hotel is verzorgd. Binnen nogal gedatteerd. Ontbijt is redelijk. Helaas wordt je aan een tafel ingedeeld bij anderen. Geen vrije keus dus terwijl er plek zat is. Geldt ook voor het diner dat bovendien wat kwaliteit betreft erg onder de maat is. Wel jammer. Hotel biedt verder binnenzwembad. Dat is goed en redelijk schoon. Binnenplaats is ruim maar wat rommelig ingedeeld. Verdere faciliteiten doen nogal kneuterig aan en heb ik geen gebruik van gemaakt. Bediening is vriendelijk. Prijs is best aan de hoge kant. 95 euro incl ontbijt.

Nett und sauber

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig. Ich hatte für ein Kurhotel einen größeren und besser ausgestatteten Fitnessraum erwartet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, so dass ich den Fernseher aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören konnte. Leider auch das Beratungsgespräch um 05.30 Uhr am Morgen, dass in dem Zimmer nebenan geführt wurde. Das Frühstück ist ok. Die Wurstauswahl war eher bescheiden, dafür war der Obstsalat sehr gut.
