Westminster Hotel & Spa Nice
Hot rooms, no air and lots of noise on street so can’t open windows. Buffet breakfast excellent and staff great.

Hotel Busby
In the centre easy access for trains buses and attractions. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment. The bar is small .

Fairmont Monte Carlo
I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace.
