「Das Haus ist wunderbar. Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Schubladen, Oberflächen und die Dusche waren verschmutzt. Wir mussten nachputzen. Die Straße zum Haus wird als abenteuerlich beschrieben, geht aber. Italien eben. Aber der Steinplattenweg zum Pool ist weit chaotischer, wackelige, kleine Platten, ein Weg der Balanceakte. Das war es mit den negativen Eindrücken. Die Betreuung durch Sergio war excellent. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde eine Außendusche für unseren behinderten Freund angeschafft,...

"3人部屋で予約してましたが、夜になってもソファーベッドがベッドメイクされてませんでした。フロントにお願いしたところ、担当者が勤務外とのことでフロントのおじさまが対応してくれました。また、フロントのミドルエイジの女性の対応が日本に比べてクールでした。フランスではそれがスタンダードなのかもしれませんが。それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。海が見える部屋にしていただいたので、いつでも美しい海がみえて朝、夕方と色合いが異なる海の景色を楽しみました。部屋は3人で滞在しても余裕があり、清潔で快適でした。外はすぐにプロムナードデアングレなのでお散歩も気持ち良いし、旧市街にも近く大変便利でした。またアメニティのNUXEも香りも使い心地も良かったです。朝食はつけなかったのでわかりません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあり朝買ってきて部屋で食べました。ニースの海が見える部屋というだけで、滞在満足度が大幅上昇しました。またニースにいける機会があればぜひ滞在したいです。"
