「We really loved our stay here. Firstly the host sent us all the information about the property, the area, activities and restaurants ahead of time which was so helpful. The check in and out was very easy and we always had good communication. The property is as described, and felt like a reach beach oasis, a very short walking distance to a beautiful popular swimming spot. We had a great, relaxing holiday after our wedding in Spain and would highly recommend a stay here」

「Wir waren mit unseren zwei Söhnen für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Es hatte alles was wir brauchen. Der Pool hat eine super Größe, der Garten ist wahnsinnig schön und Jean ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!Danke für diese schöne Woche」

「We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but...

「We arrived later than expected. Brigitte Welcome us in the Villa. Give us a short instruction how to find and use equipment in the Villa. We enjoyed the Villa, the Pool and Garden which ist more Like a Park with a lot to explore. Nice Restaurants next to the Villa are available. Who Wish to avoide to Drive to nice for beach visist, a beach called plage de loupe is 25 min away at cagnes de mer. Also Check Out was really good, communication was also really good.」

「Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!」

「We absolutely loved this house. It takes 20-25 mins to get to downtown Nice, but we loved hanging out by the pool and the wonderful views. If your looking for a nice peaceful place this is the one. The owners were awesome and you can tell they take pride in their house. We would take trips into town during the day to see the sights then hang out at night and swim.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. We loved being so close to the coast while still having a quiet, relaxing place to come back to each day. The host was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend and...

「Eines der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten.Alles perfekt.Die historische Villa hat sehr viel Charme.Wir (Eltern mit 3 Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Pool mit Meeresblick ist nicht zu toppen.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.」

「Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated.」
