Very friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location! The only negative thing to report is the lack of quietness some may expect. The room doors are quite loud when they close and we could hear footsteps from the room above. Overall, a thumbs up! We would stay there again if we were to return to NY.

Ventilation in the Batool’s have been better On our last day, 2 elevators were down. Though this can happen, wished there had been some better communication
