The 1st room they assigned me, I walked into it and the room had not been serviced. Same thing in the 2nd room as there was a sleeping bag on the bed and someone had been using the pillows. The 3rd room, the shower didn't work...and so they had to give me a room without a King size bed but 2 queen beds and the shower looked like it had fungus all over it and I could not close the bathroom door as it had wrought out and it was missing the piece that would go into the door frame to keep the door closed and they had string on the door and a nail in the wall, I guess you closed over the door and used the string to keep it closed.

I have nothing bad to say about the Buffalo Airport Hotel. The ice machine looked a bit sketchy but it had plenty of ice. It was quiet, my sheets had the slight scent of eucalyptus, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I’d stay there whenever I’m in town to visit my daughter at school.

The property was delightful. The staff was excellent, especially Denny at the Reception Desk. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Jim, the General Manager, and Mark, the Food and Beverage Manager. Great staff and, in my opinion, definitely a historic, beautiful facility with unlimited potential!
