"I was delightfully surprised to find this South End gem tucked away off the busy-ness of South Boulevard.
From the start, from the lovely woman who responded to my question on the phone prior to my arrival, through Ashley, who checked me in and out, including Javier in the evening shift, the customer service was warm, personable and impeccably welcoming. Almost every feature that I was able to experience of my stay was clearly at the level of a higher-tier (and more expensive) hotel. The room was quiet, allowing for a great night's rest; and equipped with full amenities- mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The king-size bed was plush and comfortable.
I would offer only two suggestions: the continental breakfast was already cleared off by a few minutes after 8:00am, which was unusual and disappointing; keeping it open with fresh coffee through 9:00 would be more in line with my experience, anyway. Also, the bath towels left a little to be desired, standing out against all the nice frills and touches. Large plush towels make a real difference and would add a nice touch of elegance.
I was very impressed and will gladly return to 315@Loso on my next trips to Charlotte. Keep up the great work!

"The staff was very helpful. This place is convenient when you plan to visit for couple of days and want to stay near airport and don’t mind staying in little older places. There free shuttle to CLT and breakfast adds to value. Did I mention it’s very family friendly. considering the Charlotte area this place definitely adds value for the bucks that you pay. "This place is amazing ! We were stranded in Chicago due to terrible storms and all flights headed to the east coast were canceled . The manager here , credited the next night , when we were finally able to arrive, with our reservation from the previous night, having a complete understanding of the situation.They were so kind and hospitable to us , especially after an entire night of booking, canceling and rebooking (3 times!!) and then not having our luggage arrive. I appreciate them doing this instead of charging us for a new reservation . Very kind indeed and shows excellent and gracious public relations.
