"The room was nice and neat and cozy. The housekeeping was my only downside of the stay. There were some things that were left behind from previous guests that were not picked up, thrown away or cleaned up by whoever cleared the room. The clock was also broken that was next to the bed. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and it was too chilly to sit outside so we stayed in. The waiter seemed eager to end his shift and everything felt rushed and overpriced. The hotel staff was awesome and the entire lobby was well kept and clean."

"The hotel is great. Loved the room and the staff is very nice and exceedingly pleasant to deal with. It very quiet in the inside and it’s pet friendly. I met the cutest frenchie in the lobby and he and I just chilled and had a moment lol. The only downside, is the surrounding area. The area closes down pretty early and around the corner at the 24 convenience store, there were some questionable characters out front. I did’t get harassed, they did leave alone but it felt unsafe. Maybe that’s more me than them, but I was with my kid. That being said, loved the hotel itself. It is what I look for in terms of quality."

"I really liked the person who checked me out. The ones who checked me in felt like could've had better customer service as I had to ask about parking. I was asked by other employees when I've stayed at the property in the past. I also didn't get a code for the wi-fi or was asked for my vehicle information. I also had a slight issue with my bathtub but the issue resolved itself slightly when left alone over time."
