"First off, the apartment we rented wasn’t the apartment pictured in the Vrbo post. Part of the blinds were missing on the sliding door so anyone could look right in. Then water leaked on the floor from the apartment above and shorted out the lights in the dining room. There was no information on how to communicate with the host. We could only communicate via text on Vrbo. Eventually, after a google search on the property company I got a number for an answering service which proved to be no help. We were told the issue was escalated and that someone would help us. No one came until I contacted Vrbo days later. When I asked the maintenance person about it he said no one had contacted them until Vrbo. Even so they couldn’t do anything about it because the renters upstairs would not let them enter. We had to use the only 2 towels in the apartment to contain the water on the floor and we had to get our own towels to use to dry off after showers. This property owner could care less. Please learn from our experience and stay away from this property company. "

Pots, pans, laundry facility, pool, computer desk, kitchen table, living room furniture. The property management staff answered any questions at a moments notice, they were very attentive. The property is nestled in a quiet complex with full grown trees and a lot of parking. "
