「Great stay, lovely hotel.」

「Booked this hotel 10mins before checking in due to an issue at original hotel. Staff were great and although we ricked up at 2pm, we were checked in quickly and room was available. Room spaciouscand modern with a great suzed shower room. Breakfast items were of a good quality and only £10/person so excellent value! Will definitely stay again and would be my 1st choice in Harrogate, due to its convenience and service overall. 」

「The building is beautiful. High ceilings and original fixtures make this a special place to stay. Located in a great location near to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shannon and the other staff are friendly and efficient and made our stay enjoyable. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Breakfast in morning was good and again the staff serving were friendly. The room had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the town...

「Location was good in between Knaresborough and Ripon . Quiet even though on main road . Double room was good, staff polite , friendly and professional . Parking free when staying at inn. Had evening meal and breakfast both good standard. 」

「Point of detail about shower cabinet - would benefit from shelf for soap & shampoo etc to save huddling about on the floor.」

「Stay was pleasent, didnt get to use the indoor pool but spoke to the attendant & gave all the info required, had an issue on the 2nd night with no power in the room all evening. Eventually we got moved room & all was ok. 」
