「While the owner Ashu was pleasant and the staff tried to be very accomodating to our needs, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for future bookings. The place is next to a main highway and we could hear the truck horns all night long. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as even though they had just come back from the cleaners they had what appeared to be grease stains on them and the bedding was ripped in certain areas. 「Le quartier est très dur, même pour New Delhi. L'agence gouvernementale du tourisme nous a même demandé de quitter ce quartier et nous a amener dans un quartier plus safe. L'hôtel est sale, vieux, déglingué, le patron est "neutre" les draps troués, ca sent mauvais, etc et encore une fois même avec les standards indiens. Je ne comprends pas la note de 8,2 sur cet hotel, sans doute sont-ils faux.」

「Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!」

「部屋はキレイめだけど、髪の毛などがある。ホットシャワーは使える時間が限られてるらしいです。 スタッフがとても親切。 行きたいところの相談のってくれアイデアくれた。 深夜の出発だったので、チェックアウト後荷物預かってくれて、さらにシャワーをつかわせてくれて、疲れたので数時間部屋をかしてくれました。勿論お金は払いました。ちょっと金額です。 一つ残念なのは、 深夜の子供のような若いスタッフいて、荷物はこんだんだからとチップをもとめてきた。これはガッカリ。ガラの悪いホテルのようだ。」

「위치는 좋았으나 앞이 결혼식장이라 매우 시끄러웠고 시설이 낡았습니다. 카드기계없다고 현금 결재요구. 단지 종종업이 아주 친절한 큰 장점」

「Hotel booked online well before and confirmed. At the arrival, hotel reception denied a room saying property is full. I could not stay in that hotel and walked out.」

「The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place」

「This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia.」

「Nous n'avons pas eu les 4 chambres comme convenus. Personne ne nous a repondu au tel a notre arrivee a l'aeroport. Les taxis ont eu du mal a trouver l'etablissement. Nous avons ete 8 a dormir dans la meme chambre. Ne parlent pas anglais... Petit dej? Un coup oui un coup non. Pas du tout professionnel」
