"I’ve stayed at 100s of 5-star hotels over the years, but the hospitality at Pullman Aerocity just stood out. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive and helpful 24/7. The entire experience, from the airport pickup and seamless check-in to handling all my luggage, was effortless. I was travelling with my dog, which can sometimes make hotel stays a little complicated, but here it was incredibly easy. They were literalg pet-friendly and even had a separate chef-curated menu for dogs, which was such a lovely touch. The food was another highlight. Hotel buffets, even at 5-star properties, can sometimes feel average, but everything I tried here was genuinely good with an incredible variety. The rooms and facilities were squeaky clean and the spa, pool and gym make it just as good for a staycation. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Great hospitality, great food, great facilities and excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

Mr. Simran at the front desk demonstrated remarkable professionalism and empathy in resolving a minor concern I encountered, handling the situation with calmness and helpfulness. Overall, my stay was highly satisfactory."

"The biggest positive of this hotel is its location. It is very conveniently located close to Connaught Place and within easy reach of many of Delhi’s major tourist attractions. Unfortunately, the stay itself did not quite match expectations. The room felt extremely small, despite the website listing it as approximately 431 sq. ft. The property also feels quite dated. The wooden flooring creaks noticeably when you walk, and even the bed makes sounds when you turn during the night, which can be quite annoying. Breakfast was also an experience. The buffet was extremely crowded in the morning, and we had to wait around 20 minutes in a queue before getting in. Overall, this hotel works well if location is your main priority, but considering the room size, ageing property, noise and crowded breakfast experience, I expected a more comfortable stay."
