「Room was clean」

「When I checked in, early at 2, was told that the room was clean and ready to check in, and asked if had privacy as needed privacy. When i got to the room, it was NOT ready. The bed sheets were thrown on the bed, towels everywhere, and garbage not taken out. When they gave me a different room, there was NO privacy, the windows facing the inside sitting and eating area. The 3rd ROOM, there was NO information how to use the TV, when i asked, they treated me like i I stupid and little. The...

「This is an okay place to stay, in a pinch. It was clean and had a good bed and was quiet, amazingly enough given that it's a bar and grill and had a huge event going on the night I stayed. The issue I had was the metal door latch that should prevent the door opening inward from the outside was broken on the entry door and the door that exits to the courtyard. 「Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area smelled clean, and our room was cleaned well. We got a room with a King bed and pull out sofa and there wasn't any extra bedding in the room so we had to ask at the desk for sheets and pillows for the pull out. We got a noise complaint from downstairs for pulling out the couch as it was pretty loud, and sound proofing could be better in the rooms. King sized bed was comfy, but the pull out was not.
