The room felt very neglected and not cleaned after previous customer stay. Very powerful odor of cigarette smoke. Wall outlets are not to spec and are hanging out of walls by the wire. The bed has stains on the mattress. Definitely would not recommend or stay there again.

Everything was extremely dirty . Reviews say clean. That is defiantly not true. Pillows had hair and dark spots. Towels had stains. Shower was old and dirty. Hallways had big stains. Got there too late or I would have left right away.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, ready to assist if and when needed to or asked. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the location is perfect to get around to attractions in the surrounding towns, not just Hershey. Thank you to all at The Suites at Hershey for a great stay!
