「Not sure why Expedia charges almost twice more than a direct booking with Best Western itself. Expedia screwed up my reservation and I am not happy at all.
Best Western was very accommodating, I wish I could say the same for expedia. 」
「The hotel was very easy to get to right off the highway. We were able to get an early check-in to get ready for a wedding. The room was spacious and seemed clean however it did have a very strong oder to it. Not sure if it was a cleaner or something they put onto the carpet or floors. I needed to open the window to try to air it out. I should have requested a different room but I was only there for one night. 」
「I had an issue with my reservation on Tuesday evening 8/19 and it seemed like I was going to need to find other accommodations but the staff working there that night (Alex and Brian?) were exceptionally helpful and gracious and made it possible for me to book another room the same night. I cannot understate how kind and understanding they were and their how professional they were.」
